TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:

Entering its Sixth Annual, the CCV STARS Foothills Sports Medicine "SHOOT FOR THE STARS" United Tournament has become a great way for all of the United Soccer teams to end the year. This year we'll have the most teams ever participating in the United Tournament as we'll have 93 teams! |

| GAMES: |
Three (3) minimum for all but P/K division (2 games) |
| COACHING CONFLICTS: |
Unfortunately there will be no way to schedule the tournament in such a way that coaches with multiple teams will avoid scheduling conflicts. Please lean on your assistant coaches to make sure all games are covered. |
| AWARDS: |
All players will be given a post-tournament award following the final game. Each team should come to the awards riser following their last game to receive their awards. |
| INJURIES: |
If a major injury occurs that requires immediate medical attention, please do not hesitate, use a cell phone and call 911 or find the nearest Field Marshall at the soccer complex you are playing at.
The following are the closest hospitals/medical centers to the soccer complexes:
CCV STARS SOCCER COMPLEX: Arrowhead Hospital 18701 N. 67th Avenue Glendale, Arizona 85308 (623) 561-1000 Directions: Take 67th Avenue south for approximately four (4) miles from CCV. The hospital will be on your left-hand side just south of the intersection of Sack Avenue and 67th Avenue.
For minor injuries such as a muscle pull, the tournament will have a booth at each soccer complex to assist. |
| INCLEMENT WEATHER: |
In the event of inclement weather, the CCV STARS will:
a. Update our website with pertinent information on a regular and consistent basis.
b. Correspond via email to the Coach and Team Manager of each team with pertinent information on a consistent and as needed basis.
Telephone calls and/or Text Messages will NOT be sent/made. |

The CCV STARS Soccer Club's goal is to provide a comprehensive program that not only develops the skills of the players but also comes alongside the parents to help form a foundation that will develop character and integrity. The club is founded on Christian principles and will share the core values of Christ's Church of the Valley.
