CCV Stars Soccer Club offers a place for every youth player. We have two excellent programs to choose from, Excel and United.
Our "United" Program is a developmental program focused on first-time soccer players (ages 4-6) and older players who wish to experience a fun and social soccer curriculum. This is an in-house league with volunteer coaches and some professional skills training. Most teams practice once per week and have a local game on Saturday.
Our "Excel" Program is for more competitive soccer players, ages 6-17 Excel teams practice 2-3 times per week and in many cases have professional trainers and coaches. Excel teams compete in the AYSA State and Open Leagues. Home games are played at the CCV Soccer Complex. Away games are played throughout the Valley.
In the Excel Program it is our desire that the player will attain the highest level of soccer learning and competition. SKILLS DEVELOPMENT along side of positive and regular ENCOURAGEMENT will be a foundation for all other experiences.
Both programs are focused on developing the total soccer player with skill development at the core while also coming along side the parents to help form a foundation that will develop character and integrity in their children. The club is founded on Christian principles and will share the core values of Christ's Church of the Valley, which includes Excellence, Relationships, Integrity, Teamwork, Service and a Genuine concern for others.
